Does life feel like it’s getting on top of you?

No energy or motivation?

Constantly anxious?

Do you need a safe place to talk?

You are in the right place.

I am so happy you have found me.

Realising you have a problem that you can't solve on your own is a brave first step for any person. Seeking out help and support is one of the toughest decisions to make. As your counsellor, I want you to know that I will be here to support you and work with you to help you become the person you want to be.

I can help you learn strategies to address your struggles and help you confidently plan for a better tomorrow.

I love to support my clients and stand by their side as we work together to pinpoint the causes of the issues in their lives. Together, we will work to remove any negative behaviours and thought patterns that contribute to some of the struggles you are currently experiencing. What is Counselling?

Counselling is a type of talking therapy that looks at the whole person, taking into account your mental, physical and emotional needs. As your therapist I will use techniques and tools from different modalities to tailor an individual approach for you and hope that together we will build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship that helps you to develop a deeper level of self-awareness. When you understand the causes of your concerns or triggers for your behaviour, you can then confidently set goals and develop new behaviours to improve all areas of your life.

As your counsellor I will encourage you to talk through what brings you to therapy so you start to develop a deeper insight into what is going on for you.

Together I will help you develop skills and tools to challenge unhelpful thinking, support you in accessing and managing emotions, so that you become empowered to resolve the problems you bring.

Counselling is also a space for personal development, not just crisis management. Many people come to counselling who want to develop greater self-confidence, so they can move forwards more effectively in life with greater levels of happiness.

Counselling would benefit you if you are currently struggling with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Low self worth

  • Relationships

  • Negative thinking

  • Inability to cope

  • Disrupted sleep
